Pancake at Chengdu

Well, this is the second time to make the pancake, last time was a big big failure......mm.. this time...well, should be better....at least look more like a pancake....
上次做的鬆餅....挺失敗的...這次的還像樣點....

Materials:
1. 2 eggs, you need separate the yolk and egg white
2. butter
3. flour
4.Milk

材料:
1.兩顆蛋,蛋白與蛋黃要分開
2.牛油
3.麵粉
4.牛奶
5.鹽
6.糖

First, heat the butter and add some sugar and a little bit salt...
把牛油隔水加熱,加糖跟一點鹽進去

2. use a whisk to mix the egg yolk with the butter and milk
用打蛋器把打散蛋黃

把牛油跟牛奶加入蛋黃後攪拌

Put the flour into the egg yolk and mix it
加入麵粉拌勻,要加到有點濃稠....就好像外面在賣可麗餅的那個樣子(可麗餅是鬆餅嗎?)

use another bow and a whisk to mix the egg white...as it become the meringue
用另外一個碗把蛋白打成蛋白霜

Mix all materials together
把所有材料混在一起

put a little oil in the pan and place two spoon of the mixed materials... 
在平底鍋放點油就可以下去煎了...別放太多油...尤其是不沾鍋....油多了...就變油煎餅了

after done...put some honey on it.....
起鍋後加點蜂蜜在上面就完成了......
Cheney 跟Grace 加的是別人送的天然蜂蜜....味道真是太棒啦.....
